The only one ferry terminal that allows passengers to travel from Singapore to Johor, which is Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal.

To get the taxi from Singapore to Malaysia, you can find the yellow licensed taxis at Ban San Street which is next to Queen’s Street Bus Terminal, where you can go from Bugis MRT station.
However, the downside here is that there is no saying about the return journey. There are not too many taxis that are willing to come back from JB to Singapore.
