6. Departure Procedure
Here’s a quick rundown of the departure process:
Step 1: Tickets and Check-in: Buy tickets online or at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal at Terminal Concourse. Boarding passes can be obtained online or at the operator’s counter.
Step 2: Baggage Check-In: Drop off checked luggage 60 minutes before departure (closes 20 minutes).
Step 3: Security screening (45 mins before departure): Bring your passport and boarding pass. Empty pockets to speed up operations. Gate closes 15 minutes before departure.
Step 4: Sail & Board: Show the ferry crew your boarding pass, and you’re ready to go.
Most websites say to set aside 1 hour, but 30 minutes was enough to complete the process.
