Overview: Rawa Island Packages & Rooms

The first thing we are going to discuss is the package. These 2024 packages are from the Rawa Island Resort office in Mersing.

This information includes the prices for different types of rooms and price ranges. But, remember, you have to stay at least two nights; one night is not allowed.

Basically, there are four types of rooms available at Rawa Island Resort:

• Beachfront/Beachview Rooms
• Waterfront Bungalows
• Hillside Deluxe Rooms
• Frangipani Villas

The package price includes meals, accommodation, and a boat transfer to get there. However, extra fees for renting water sports gear must be paid separately.

Step 1: Visit Rawa Resort Official Website 

To start your booking, follow these steps:

• Go to the Rawa Island Resort official website.
• Click on the “Book Now” button to start your booking.
• Or, go directly to the booking page using this link: Book Rooms at Rawa Island Resort.

Step 2: Check The Special Promo Deals

Make sure to check the special promo deals before booking.

The last time I checked, two promos were available: Free spa treatment and Stay for 3 nights but pay for only 2 nights.

If you don’t see these deals, add one more night to your stay (making it 3 nights) during the non-peak season. This should make the details of the special deals available.

Step 3: Add Your Room(s) To The Cart

Once you’ve selected your preferred rooms, click “Add Room” and add them to your cart.

If booking for a group trip, you can add multiple rooms to the cart to accommodate everyone.

Step 4: Fill In The Person In Room

Indicate how many people will stay in each room you’ve added to your cart.

This helps the system calculate how much the meal and boat prices are.

Step 5: Proceed To Get Meals Price

After clicking the next page, you will see the breakdown of compulsory costs included in your package, such as meals and boat prices.

Step 6: Fill In All Guest Details

Complete all guest details as required.

Please take a moment to review all the policies provided to avoid any misunderstandings or incorrect expectations.

You will see 2 checkboxes here.

You must tick on the Terms of Booking Conditions, Cancellation Policy and Hotel Policy, while the other is optional.

Then, click on “Review Your Booking”.

Click “Book Now” to continue with credit card payment.

Step 9: Booking Confirmation Status

There are times when your payment is rejected by the bank.

If your payment is rejected during booking, it might be due to bank security measures. Banks sometimes flag suspicious payments, resulting in a “FAIL” status on your booking.

You will also get an email from Rawa Island Resort indicating a pending payment.

Step 10: Contact The Office

So now you have an online payment issue. Don’t panic.

You must avoid multiple attempts to pay online. Instead, email the contact below with your booking number and request another payment method.

They can safeguard your reservation for 24 hours and give you an official bank account for payment transfer.
