Here are the steps to generate a QR code for immigration clearance.

• Download the MyICA mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
• Click the QR code on the homepage. You can generate a group or individual QR code.
• If you are travelling alone, choose the option to generate an individual code and input your details.
• If you are travelling in a group, choose to generate a group QR code and submit the details of each person in your company.
• The group QR code can only comprise up to 10 passports.
• Click “QR Code Homepage” at the bottom of the page after submitting all the information.
• You will receive QR codes to scan at Tuas and Woodlands checkpoints.
