Step 1: Board Public Bus From Singapore To JB Sentral
Make your way from any place in Singapore to the Kranji or Bugis queen Street Bus Terminal.

Few Things To Note:
- If you are using EZ-Link card to take public bus in SG, you need to tap in and out every time you board and alight from the bus.
- You may use Ez-link card, cash, coins, debit card (enable contactless before use) to pay the fare upon boarding the public bus
- For debit card, you can only board CW1, CW2, CW5 & CWL bus.
- If you are taking CW bus, you only need to tap upon boarding the bus. No need to tap when alighting from the bus

Step 2: Immigration Clearance At Both Singapore-Malaysia Border
Immigration clearance is necessary at both countries’ custom. Refer to below steps for a clearer picture.
- When arriving in Singapore Woodlands Checkpoint, alight from the bus and head to immigration
- After clearing the Woodlands Checkpoint, reboard the same company bus and head to JB Sentral Checkpoint.
- When arriving in JB Sentral Checkpoint, alight from the bus and make your way to the counter to get your passport stamped.
- Upon clearing JB immigration, go out from the counter area and walk straight.
- You will need to walk to the bus bus terminal at the JB Sentral in 5 mins
Note:
- Singaporeans travelling to Malaysia are exempt from filling in the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) or physical card nowadays.
- Immigration clearance may take 1 hour to 2 hours to clear, depending on the human traffic.

Step 3: Take JPO1 Bus From JB Sentral To Johor Premium Outlets
After reaching JB Sentral, you will need to board JPO 1 bus at the JB Sentral Bus Terminal to reach JPO.
You will see a signage on the side of the bus indicating the destination (JPO).

Few Things To Note:
- Plan your journey wisely in order to catch the bus timings as the bus intervals are long, about 1 hour plus.
- You may need to stand on the bus if is very crowded. May not be very convenient for elderly and children when travelling during peak hours.
- If you want to take public bus to JPO, go to JB First Link (Woodlands Causeway). Don’t go to JB Second Link as there is no bus service from Tuas Second Link to JPO.
- You may choose Second Link if you are planning to go Legoland Malaysia, Bukit Indah, Iskandar Puteri, Puteri Harbour or Gelang Patah.
