- On the day of departure, arrive at your designated pick-up point in Singapore.
- Board the bus to the Singapore-JB border.
- At Singapore Checkpoint, disembark the bus and walk to Immigration.
- After Singapore immigration clearance, go down the escalator and re-board the same bus to Desaru Coast.
- At JB Checkpoint, disembark the bus with your luggage and walk to Immigration.
- After JB immigration clearance, walk to the bus stop and get back on your bus to Desaru Coast.
- Arrive at your designated drop-off point in Desaru Coast.

During off-peak periods like weekday afternoons, travel time can take up to 2 hours and 20 minutes.
However, during peak seasons, like the eve of a long weekend or Public Holiday, it can take as much as 5 hours and 20 minutes.
To get across the border during evenings or weekends, it usually takes us about 3 hours and 20 minutes. Since it’s difficult to estimate traffic, we always allow a buffer.
